The yearly subscription will renew automatically every year unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. By selecting the 12-payment plan, you are enrolling in a one-year (12-month) membership commitment, billed in 12 monthly installments. After the initial 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew for an additional year under the same monthly payment plan unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.
If you cancel during the active subscription year, your access will remain active through the end of the 12-month term, and you are still responsible for completing all remaining payments, if any, for that year.
